During Awards shows, it's not just the presenters who get to shine - it's the attendees, too! I approach awards shows by first understanding and exuding the tone of the event, and ensure the entire evening is entertaining, inspiring, and meaningful for award winners and attendees.

Comedic Elements
While live and virtual events primarily help tell your story and share your messaging, entertaining attendees, is an important part of the job! Adding in comedic elements helps keep the audience focused, engaged, and excited for what's to come. Whether it be a funny video filmed ahead of time, a short, live skit, or a comedic interview with company leadership, comedic elements with surprise and delight your attendees - they also happen to be my forte!

Whether you're avoiding in person gatherings for health and safety reasons, or are simply looking to tell your story to a wider audience in a more convenient setting, virtual events should look and feel like a TV news broadcast. Q&A Moderation
As a Q&A moderator, my primary job is to listen and guide the conversation based not only on the information the attendees are most interested in, but what the interview subject is sharing. In addition to asking pre-determined questions, putting the interviewee at ease, and asking thoughtful follow up questions based on live answers, I communicate authentically with the interviewee, helping their personality shine.
